I went along this morning to have a tooth extracted by Andrew Brown, have to say that I am of a very nervous disposition but Andrew and his nurse (I am very sorry but I don't remember her name) were amazing, felt as though they really cared how I felt. Andrew explained exactly what he would be doing broken down into three steps which was really helpful for me as often it's the fear of the unknown that creates anxiety. The whole procedure was over within 30 minutes and I have to say I didn't even realise that he had finished!!! If you ever get recommended to go to Andrew please do not be afraid. I would recommend him 100%. many thanks to you both.
I have been going to The Smile Gallery for just over a year now and every visit is just the best! Rahul and Aak and the loveliest people and all the staff are so nice. I love having a catch up with them all when I go. I started visiting as I was interested in whitening my teeth, but whilst visiting the practice I found out they do facial aesthetics and skin treatments also! Rahul got my teeth to an amazing colour and couldn't be any more happier with my smile, thank you. I struggled with pigmentation and some spots that just wouldn't budge but after seeing Dr Aak just for a few months with my skincare plan and a few chemical peels so far, I have seen a huge difference and already so much more confident in my skin. Absolutely amazing dental surgery, I very rarely leave reviews but this was life-changing. Dr Asani and his team are so nurturing and genuinely caring. I was completely traumatised by a previous bad experience somewhere else but this was the complete opposite experience and genuinely pain-free. No gimmicks, no bs no heavy aftersales and no unnecessary add-ons. I came away from my appt feeling so much more confident about everything. I would give more stars if I could!
I don't generally leave reviews, but felt compelled to after my appointment with Kellie yesterday for two front fillings. She was absolutely lovely, as was the dental nurse, and as a nervous patient, I felt totally relaxed throughout. To some people, my teeth wouldn't be ideal but to me, this has made the biggest difference as I feel I can smile and show my teeth again! I've been a patient with Crabtree Road for approximately 18 years and I recommend the practice to everybody as it's a very friendly place but also extremely knowledgeable and professional. Ideal for anxious people! 5 stars!
