I drive a fair way to come and yesterday saw Jenny for a hygienist appointment and it was really worth the trip. She is friendly, professional, hard-working and conscientious also. My teeth look so much better after she does her magic, she is a different level to any previous ones I have had bar none. The clinic is lovely and modern and friendly reception staff also. Really for me, this is a gem and I work in marketing consultancy and training customer service and really happy I was recommended here by my brother. Give Jenny a go and you will not be disappointed and I would say you will see as I said here a real difference. Highly and sincerely recommended.
I went along this morning to have a tooth extracted by Andrew Brown, have to say that I am of a very nervous disposition but Andrew and his nurse (I am very sorry but I don't remember her name) were amazing, felt as though they really cared how I felt. Andrew explained exactly what he would be doing broken down into three steps which was really helpful for me as often it's the fear of the unknown that creates anxiety. The whole procedure was over within 30 minutes and I have to say I didn't even realise that he had finished!!! If you ever get recommended to go to Andrew please do not be afraid. I would recommend him 100%. many thanks to you both.
I’ve been a customer of Danica Payne Aesthetics & Dental for a number of years now. I started with regular anti-wrinkle treatment and quickly realised what a safe and trusting environment the team had created. I often also use the clinic for a spa (Amy is incredible), laser (Lisa instantly puts me at ease), skin treatments (Natalie & Aimee are just brilliant), dental (Gina is amazing) and of course my treatments with Danica. The thing I appreciate the most about the clinic is that I genuinely feel like a person, the reception team welcome me and remembers the patients, and everything feels levelled up. The entire team continue to offer 5-star service and for that,t I am a very happy returning customer across a number of services.

Had to have a large molar tooth removed yesterday and was really dreading it. I need not have worried because Dr Gaya did it so that I felt nothing. The injections didn’t hurt and the extraction was done very quickly. I couldn’t believe it. Having had bad experiences in the past has left me nervous. I need not have been because this dentist is brilliant. She is very friendly as well as efficient. I have been with this practice for some years now. The dentist’s assistant nurse is also very pleasant as are all the reception staff. Can’t speak highly enough of them all.
Would totally recommend Smile kind to everyone. Refreshing way this practice operates. Instantly calmed with music and a cheerful environment. My surgeon, Bilal, phenomenal, he explained everything in terms I can understand before and during the surgery as it was about to happen. The nurse, Kate, delightful and helpful. Talked me through my x-ray weeks earlier, and booked the extraction for a date and time that best suited me and it was great to see a familiar face for the she too. Both were so joyful in the work.
