I have been a patient of Ballyclare Dental practice for a number of years but because of COVID I hadn'tt been there for about 3/4 years. My friend, who was having some private work carried out, was diagnosed with mouth cancer. It frightened me and I made an appointment for a check up right away. I am a patient of Trevor and told him my story. He immediately carried out an extensive examination of my mouth and I was very pleased to come out with a clear bill of health. Lovely clean premises and kind staff.
My recent treatment was perfect. Nuala Mcloy my dentist is a true professional, supported by excellent staff. I'm old school and have not had the best experiences with dental treatment, in the past. The team here are 2nd to none, all of them - professional people. I now have a perfect denture and I can Smile Again! Many thanks.
Excellent place. Came for an implant, extraction and other bits and bobs. Massively nervous about the procedures but Dermot and the team put me right at ease. From the moment you walk in the door the reception staff are welcoming and reassuring. The treatment plan was thorough and extremely well explained. Walked out the door today so happy. If you have a fear of the dentist like I did, it will all soon melt away when you meet Ian. He put me at ease straight away. He is the nicest man/dentist I have met. He fixed all my problems and made me feel relaxed even though I was so anxious. He is very professional and gentle. I highly recommend him. 18 Dental is always a pleasure to visit and that’s from someone who used to be terrified. The staff are so friendly and caring will help with any questions you have. Carmel is my dentist and I cannot praise her highly enough even has me going to hygienist. I’ve been a patient for a long time and can’t believe that I look forward to going to dentist.
