I had such a fantastic experience at Apple Dental in Newry. Joanne was absolutely brilliant from start to finish while doing my filling. She was professional, gentle, reassuring and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire appointment. The treatment was quick, painless and done to such a high standard. I have been a patient of Ballyclare Dental practice for a number of years but because of COVID I hadn'tt been there for about 3/4 years. My friend, who was having some private work carried out, was diagnosed with mouth cancer. It frightened me and I made an appointment for a check up right away. I am a patient of Trevor and told him my story. He immediately carried out an extensive examination of my mouth and I was very pleased to come out with a clear bill of health. Lovely clean premises and kind staff.

I can not recommend them highly enough. I got really bad vertigo when getting up after the appointment. It was even worse than the last time this happened there. And even with my cane, I had to still hold myself against the wall to not fall The staff there is so sweet. My Dentist walked slowly down in front of me to make sure I was not falling down the stairs. Then I sat a bit in the waiting room & one of the receptionists insisted on escorting me to my car because I had to park a bit away. I have been very happy with them over the years especially since I'm terrified of dentists & they always try to keep me calm & make it as easy as possible for me. But today showed me how amazing they are. They seriously go above & beyond for their patients.
Last week I had an appointment with the Blue Apple dental hygienist, Tanya, and her professional approach and empathetic manner have changed my negative attitude to dental hygiene procedures.
