Emergency Dentist Consultation Southampton, Hampshire

Broke a front tooth y/day, and feared it was beyond repair. Rang Hedge End 8.30 today & was offered a 1 pm appt. Saw Dr Norman who repaired and saved the tooth. First class service.....have been with Acorn for 16 yrs. Tiptop.

We moved to this practice has been at the previous one for 30 years. It was a recommendation and I have to say we have not been disappointed. The service is second to none. Friendly staff who make you feel like you are their only client. We signed up for a payment plan which is of excellent value. I have had three check-ups and three hygienist visits all have been excellently talked through and treatment explained. I felt like it was about me rather than about a business. Wonderful Practice.

The entire process was faultless - efficient appointment booking system, polite and welcoming reception staff, and very relaxing waiting room (both music & visuals) which is essential for me as I tend to become very anxious. I then had the dentist check over my teeth. His way of working felt confident & comfortable to me. His comments were helpful. I then had a session with the oral hygienist who was welcoming, friendly & clear when giving guidance. She worked methodically & thoroughly, & provided practical advice. I plan to go back when my next check-up is due.

I cannot recommend too highly the care and consideration of Sean and Emma and their fabulous team. They allayed any wobbles I had with their highly professional and amusing approach, always willing to go the extra mile. I now have a million-dollar smile for half the price !. Top team. Xx

I contacted this dental practice based on a recommendation from a neighbour. I had had an awful experience at another local practice and was somewhat hesitant about registering at a new practice. I have no regrets. From the first point of contact (by phone) to my first face-to-face contact with the receptionists, the whole way through to the dentist himself (Nick Ross), the experience was positive. What a wonderful chair-side manner Nick has. So professional. So kind. So able to help patients to feel calm. So clear in his explanations. If you are someone who is nervous about going to the dentist or embarrassed because you do not have perfect teeth, do not hesitate to register with this practice. It is a private clinic but it is worth every penny.
