The entire process was faultless - efficient appointment booking system, polite and welcoming reception staff, and very relaxing waiting room (both music & visuals) which is essential for me as I tend to become very anxious. I then had the dentist check over my teeth. His way of working felt confident & comfortable to me. His comments were helpful. I then had a session with the oral hygienist who was welcoming, friendly & clear when giving guidance. She worked methodically & thoroughly, & provided practical advice. I plan to go back when my next check-up is due.

We moved to this practice has been at the previous one for 30 years. It was a recommendation and I have to say we have not been disappointed. The service is second to none. Friendly staff who make you feel like you are their only client. We signed up for a payment plan which is of excellent value. I came to Waterside through a contact of my husbands work. I instantly felt relaxed and had a dental plan done. I have had a lot of work done including fillings, crowns and implants and am extremely happy with the high standard of care and treatment. The staff are very caring and made me feel very relaxed. Nikos explains everything he is doing so there is no need to feel anxious.

I cannot thank Dr Sean O'Hara and his team enough for my complex dental treatment. After the initial in-depth consultation I was sent a very comprehensive and transparent report detailing the various options available to me, the time scales and the costs. Based on Sean's recommendations I chose to have all of my top teeth removed and replaced with a full top arch of 'all on 4' implants, I also opted for 'same day teeth' which meant a temporary fixed-top arch of teeth was fitted on the day that all of the top teeth were removed. I have almost completed my treatment, and am now waiting for my final full top arch to be fitted. Throughout the complex and lengthy procedure, I have found the staff to be knowledgeable, reassuring and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice.
