As a child in the, I was traumatised by my experiences at the hands of the school dental service which I carried through into my adult life. After suffering from years of pain through various issues with my teeth, I plucked up courage to contact Ferndale House Dental Practice to make an appointment. My fear was so great that I was actually in tears during the call. I attended my first appointment physically shaking but had no cause to worry. My first steps inside the reception completely changed my opinion. Every member of staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Mr Duran is amazing, he calmed my extensive nerves and during every consultation, he asks if I feel ok with what is being done and stops whenever I need to take a break. I can't recommend them highly enough

I was referred by my own dentist, who tried to remove my tooth with an abscess. Unfortunately, it was a hot tooth and painful to treat, even after needles were tried three times. The dentist kindly referred me to Glumangate. I was worried about having had this deteriorating infection and a possible 13-week wait for an appointment. Glumangate contacted me within 2 weeks with a cancelled appointment. Got Hannah Nasse, probably the best expert in England, a specialist in this issue and many other complex needs. very friendly polite well mannered and professional . Put at ease straight away. Talked me through the plan and gave me confidence in having many backup plans. failure not an option. Absolutely brilliant. Had it out within a couple of minutes after the injection. Painless. Couldn’t believe how lucky I have been. Do not worry. Fabulous experience.

Big thank you to Dr S Khazenifar and other staff, who changed my life for good. After more than ten years I could finally smile with confidence. Multiple dentists I have visited in the past left me with fear and anxiety. I had problems with my teeth since childhood. and I am confident to say, that this is the first time I could relax and trust someone with my smile. I had teeth whitening, multiple fillings and four front crowns. I am very pleased with the work the Dr has done. The results made me cry, I got the smile I could never dream of. It is worth every penny. They are very professional and know how to work with very anxious patients like myself. Patient care and passion for the job are obvious. I have had two snap-on dentures. All the staff are lovely. Jack is. very polite and caring, and deals very well with any concerns raised. I rate this deal practice highly and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

My dentist is excellent. I had a filling in an awkward place that broke up. It had been there for some time, the work being completed by another dentist at another surgery. Mark did a fantastic job, spending a lot of time, to ensure the job was done to an excellent standard. His work along with the support of his nurse made the experience very relaxing. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

I had been unhappy with some of my teeth for many years. After a consultation with Mr Shah I decided to go down the route of tooth implant. Right from the start, I have to say this is not a cheap option. However, having decided on this I must say that the procedure was as painless as it possibly could be. It is a long process as Mr Shah prefers for everything to heal properly rather than rush things through. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and I am delighted with the results. I have got my smile back. For anyone unhappy with their smile, go with it. You won’t regret it
