I would like to thank this clinic. I am absolutely surprised about all services in South Down Dental. I am the person who dealt with reception by phone calls and emails. It's hard to remember when I had so polite and caring and professional receptionist. So biggest compliments from me. As well the patient is extremely happy. He had risky wisdom teeth to remove when jaw nerve was very close to the roots. The dentist was confident enough about what he is doing. And did his work perfectly. Thank you. Highly recommended!

First of all, it was only my first appointment. I received a friendly welcome, and the clinic was very clean. I was made to feel at ease, and everything was explained very well.

I can not recommend them highly enough. I got really bad vertigo when getting up after the appointment. It was even worse than the last time this happened there. And even with my cane, I had to still hold myself against the wall to not fall The staff there is so sweet. My Dentist walked slowly down in front of me to make sure I was not falling down the stairs. Then I sat a bit in the waiting room & one of the receptionists insisted on escorting me to my car because I had to park a bit away. I have been very happy with them over the years especially since I'm terrified of dentists & they always try to keep me calm & make it as easy as possible for me. But today showed me how amazing they are. They seriously go above & beyond for their patients.
