Exceptional Experience at Focus Dental Practice I recently visited Focus Dental Practice to recieve restoration and one extraction on my upper jaw, implant on lower jaw and zirconia crowns on lower jaw. I can honestly say it was one of the most comfortable dental experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the lovely receptionist Melisa Kor, who immediately made me feel at ease. The clinic is modern, spotless, and inviting, creating a relaxing environment. My dentist Soner Bilgic who provided my treatment was extremely professional and incredibly skilled, professional, and attentive. Throughout my treatment, they took the time to explain each step clearly, ensuring I felt fully informed and comfortable. What truly stood out was how pain-free and gentle the entire procedure was — so much so that I almost fell asleep in the chair! The dentist assistant Belma Sis and the whole team’s careful and considerate approach made what I usually find stressful completely effortless. Their expertise and caring attitude made all the difference. Overall, my visit to Focus Dental Practice exceeded my expectations. I left feeling completely satisfied, relaxed, and confident in my dental health. I received 3 replacement crowns and my wife and I both had our teeth whitened with this very professional and modern dental office. Exceptionally good service and personal care provided by Dr Arzu and her team. Dr Arzu is meticulous in all aspects of her work ensuring that her patient is comfortable at all times. The standard of hygiene in the clinic is very high, there are even shoe coverings at the front door to put over your shoes before entering, so probably best not to wear flipflops, as I did. Over two appointments I had one root canal, two zirconium crowns prepped and fitted and one white filling done with no pain just the usual numbness for a couple of hours afterwards from the anaesthetic. Dr Arzu is an ethical dentist who will discuss your needs and agree a plan before starting - sometimes with the aid of a translate app to ensure everything is clearly understood. A notable and welcomed point is that Dr Arzu only does white fillings, she does not use amalgam unlike the UK where it is the norm. I highly recommend Arzu Smile Clinic as a forward thinking, state of the art dental clinic situated in Turgutreis. Having had a few bad experiences with UK dentists I am very grateful to have found Arzu Smile Clinic and look forward to returning in the future for all my dental needs. Thank you.
