They were very understanding about our phobias and lack off dental health. It did not matter if the clinic was closed, you could still talk to them out off hours. They kept us updated throughout the whole procedure, even on days off. I witnessed myself on the English-speaking staff on a personal day off with her family, helping me with a personal problem. A passerby also asked for assistance with a dental issue and she was very helpful with him. (If in Britain would have been told it's my day off, I'm with my family!) We chose this clinic out of the 4 that we had correspondence with because they were not pushy. Once a price was quoted, they did not message me on a daily basis asking me did I wanted it done. Lowering the original price! They were great all the way through
I have recently returned from Bodrum after completing my full mouth treatment with Dr. Ziya, and I couldn’t be happier. My first visit was in November 2024, during which Dr. Ziya removed 14 teeth and placed 12 implants. I experienced no problems at all. Everything was so well-organized—he had antibiotics, painkillers, and mouthwash prepared in advance. I went back on the Friday to have my stitches removed, and again, no issues. Dr. Ziya even arranged for an interpreter, although he didn’t really need one (he’s just a bit shy to speak English). The service was outstanding. I was picked up from the airport, taken to my hotel, and transported to all my appointments—and then back to the airport for my return home. I returned in March to have my new teeth fitted. The level of care and service was exactly the same. The driver was really friendly, and the whole experience saved me so much time and hassle. This visit lasted two weeks, as moulds needed to be taken and my new brilliant teeth crafted. Dr. Ziya took his time to ensure the perfect fit, and when I saw the final result, I was honestly speechless. Now, I can’t stop smiling. If you're considering getting your teeth replaced, I wholeheartedly recommend getting in touch with Dr. Ziya. His manner and skills are top-notch—you truly won’t be disappointed. The place was really good, clean and the staff were professional and helpful. As a family, we went there for a teeth cleaning and Invisalign. We asked for their advice as to what treatments we should get, they didn’t try to upsell us and recommend treatments we didn’t need. The teeth cleaning was done well and they took x-rays for the Invisalign. The technology and machines they used were sophisticated. I would recommend them!
