When I initially visited the dental center in Istanbul last November to begin my treatment, I was quite anxious. Despite receiving a thorough explanation of the treatment plan before my departure, the nerves persisted. However, as soon as I arrived at the clinic, I was assigned an exceptional individual named Melisa to take care of me. He immediately made me feel safe and secure, providing detailed explanations of each step that would occur during my visits. When I returned in early May to commence the second phase of my treatment, I was thrilled to once again have Melisa by my side. Knowing that he would provide the reassurance I needed was incredibly comforting. He warmly greeted me in the morning, reiterating the procedures scheduled for the day. Even during my late appointments, he patiently waited for me and accompanied me throughout the process. Now, I have the smile I've always wanted, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The service I received from start to finish was truly exceptional. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff for their genuine care and support, particularly to Bugra, my dentist, for giving me the smile I now proudly wear, and to my incredible assistant, Melisa.
