Fantastic experience From the first contact we made and our first meeting in Newcastle, we felt comfortable. We didn't hesitate to book our place in the clinic. We were met at the airport, taken to the hotel and we received details of when our appointment would be. At the clinic, everyone was so warm and welcoming. The attention to detail every step of the way is second to none. I experienced no pain. I was having 24 zirconium crowns. One was a bridge to cover a space. I did need a root canal, which again was done expertly and I felt no pain. I had two sets of temporary teeth within the week, each time the Dentist was making notes and making little tweaks to make sure the new teeth would not only be perfect from an aesthetic perspective but also from a mechanical view. The final fitting exceeded my expectations. My new smile is amazing. You arrive at the clinic feeling a bit nervous but by the end of the week, you feel like friends. The whole team are great and work together with precision, ensuring a great result. They feel like one big family. I've just come back from my second visit and treatment to Dentarma. What an amazing clinic this is, I have had first class treatment but required a further two back teeth extractions which were very difficult extractions, I am relieved that this work and the bone grafting was done by the professor as I could not imagine my English dentist tackling that. I would like to say that the dentist I had who did all my new crowns bridges and fittings Dr Tahsin was an absolute perfectionist and very patient. I am delighted with my new smile and makeover he is an absolute credit to Dentarma I can't wait to go back just to have my final 3 implants put in. Thank you to Elon who has supported and kept in liason with me all the way through my treatment and the other lovely girl who I dealt with also sorry can't remember name even the camera man all lovely lovely people making you feel at home and relaxed.
