I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire Dr. Smile team for taking on my case after another clinic had performed my dental prosthetic treatment incorrectly. Thank you for your professionalism, personalized approach, and outstanding care throughout every stage of my treatment. From our very first contact until the completion of the entire process, I always felt that I was in safe and capable hands. On the day of my arrival (Saturday), the dentist stayed with me until late in the evening to carry out precise digital scans, remove the prosthetic work completed by the previous clinic, and fit me with temporary teeth that very same day. They even opened the clinic especially for me the following day, on Sunday, to make minor bite (occlusion) adjustments, allowing me to eat comfortably from the very beginning. I am truly grateful for such dedication and commitment. This level of professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile is not something you find at every clinic. The entire treatment was carried out to the highest standard, with exceptional precision, great attention to detail, and genuine care for my comfort—all without pain or fear. I should also mention that I am a perfectionist with very high expectations, yet the final result exceeded everything I had hoped for. My new smile looks completely natural and aesthetically beautiful, and it has significantly improved both my confidence and my overall quality of life. Dr. Smile proved that they are capable of accomplishing what my previous clinic considered impossible. Everything was completed with outstanding precision, excellent aesthetics, and exactly according to my personal expectations and preferences. I would like to thank all of the doctors, especially the wonderful and incredibly precise Dr. Ayse, who personally handled my case, as well as the assistants, coordinators, and the entire staff for their kindness, patience, care, and unwavering support. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking high-quality dental treatment in Turkey. My treatment was completed in two stages because I required a dental implant—something that had not even been taken into consideration by my previous clinic. For the entire treatment, I received a written warranty, along with certificates for the zirconia used, including the batch numbers. Unfortunately, not every clinic provides this level of transparency and documentation. My entire stay was also extremely comfortable. I stayed in a wonderful hotel with a swimming pool and a restaurant offering breathtaking views of both the sea and the mountains, and every transfer was perfectly organized and completely hassle-free.

First-class treatment from start to finish, the clinic and the staff made British Dentistry look Victorian in comparison. The communication was excellent with Manny keeping in touch with me before my visit and throughout my stay, I was collected from the airport by a lovely driver who transported me to my hotel which was amazing with fantastic facilities and food nothing too much trouble the staff were amazing and to all my appointments. By the time I had finished my treatment with Dr Ipek Guldas whose attention to detail was incredible and she is such a lovely person putting me so much at ease. I came out feeling I had gained a new family with nothing too much trouble. I had a full mouth of Crowns and the price was excellent value. All my friends say they look amazing.
