Lets admit it, thinking about getting dental work done is always daunting, especially when you are considering getting implants, and then even more so implants in a different country but what I can say is that I am glad that I chose Haldent to get mine.

As easy as it is to be mesmerised by the beautiful buildings, HiTech equipment and peering into the Dental Lab everytime you walk by it, you realise very quickly that they all being used by very skilled individuals, and they are very good at what they do.

Dr Hubert Trzepatowski hasn’t just build a dental surgery hes built a family and when you are there you feel very much apart of it. From being picked up for your day off surgery, to being dropped off you are in the best of hands, and if that doesn’t put you at ease the massage before will, mines almost put me to sleep.

After having come home now and reflecting back I would like to extend thanks to everyone that was involved, long hours and late nights were put in and I cannot explain how thankful I am for all the time that was put in and all the extra effort that was gone to.

I recently had All-on-6 on upper and lower jaws at Haldent clinic. I couldn't have been in better hands from start to finish, the whole process was really smooth. Staff are absolutely amazing they arrange hotel and pick ups to and from clinic so you don't have anything to worry about and they are there to answer your questions and any concerns you may have, I really did feel safe in their hands and was extremely confident in Dr Hubert Trzepatowski whom I researched before committing to the procedure he is a Nobel biocare all-on-4 expert and certified trainer of All-on-4 in Poland. The clinic is modern and extremely clean, staff speak good English are very professional. I would highly recommend Haldent clinic to anyone considering having All- on-4 abroad. Special mention to Medhat who has been with me throughout the whole process and is always there to answer any questions.

I just got back from Krakow. HALdent is an awesome facility. It has everything that you need in one place. Dr Hubert was very thorough and very knowledgeable. The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. It was like a spa. The hygienist, the physiotherapist, the lab technician, were all so professional and thorough. One world class experience. None of these doctors in America even come close. For the price and the experience, this is a no-brainer. All extractions of bad implants, implant new ones and temporary bridge, all happened within 24 hrs.

But above all, it was the customer service offered by Madhat which blew me away. Right from picking my up from the airport at midnight, checking me into the hotel, pickup, drop off from hotel to clinic and eventually to downtown where I moved, he was just an amazing guy. What a personality! Always kind, helpful, insightful, funny. He made a huge difference. Right from the initial video consultation to keeping me updated of changes in price/treatment plan, he made sure he kept in constant touch with me, many times just calling me and reassuring me. He gave me the confidence to make this trip!

After many years of problems with my teeth, I asked my dentist what he thought about finding a place abroad to get all of my teeth replaced. His response: "that's what I would do". I didn't expect that. I looked at, and reached out to, many options in many different countries.. then came across Haldent.

First good news - I was contacted by Medhat. Medhat promised that he would be with me throughout the entire experience and ensure a great experience. This was an understatement! Medhat met me at the airport and provided all the ground transportation and hotel needs - and most importantly - was always there to provide answers to the questions that I (and my daughter) had throughout the process and even still today.

Next good news - The facility is much bigger than what you see in the online pics - it's more of a little campus. It's very clean, very modern - and staffed with lots of friendly people. These people (all of them) are so well organized and guide you through the process in such a smooth efficient way. In fact, I would say that the quality of care provided there doesn't even exist in the US... and certainly not at a similar cost. For example, immediately for surgery - I was guided to an office with a physical therapist who massages you with the intent of getting your jaw ready for surgery. Does that happen in the US?

Even more good news - Dr. Trzepatowski is very impressive. His schedule is so busy that you may not even meet him until your surgery - that man must work 16 hours a day. But he runs a amazing organization and has a great bedside manner - and even took time from his busy schedule to meet my daughter the day after the surgery.

After my surgery, I was given instructions on what to seek in terms of follow up care in the US - however, I intend to fly back to Poland for follow-up care at Haldent. The follow-up care is free - and although the cost of travel would be likely more expensive than just getting follow-up care here - I'm convinced that the care would be better there - and that's important to me! As well, there is now a relationship and Medhat is still there to guide me through that process.

Finally, spend a few extra days in Krakow. It's a beautiful city with a thousand years of history and a few days of sightseeing while you recover will be well worth it. We also booked a tour to Auschwitz and Birkenau, also well worth it while you're there.

I have not yet had my treatment of one tooth implant, root canal, two crowns and replacement fillings, but I am so far happy after my first visit of a consultation with Dr Hubert whom I was very impressed with and also my dealings with the representative Medhat who has kept me well informed. The clinic is modern, clean, staff friendly and efficient. I think it is a very good value for the treatment I intend to have.

I had upper and lower jaw All-on-Four implants. The treatment at this clinic is first-rate, with a focus on getting the procedure done with minimal disruption and no pain! The procedure was uncomfortable, but at no time did I experience pain during the surgery or recovery.

I returned this week, 20 days after the surgery, to have the stitches removed and the teeth refitted. Again, the experience was first class—from the hassle-free pick-up at the airport by Medhat to the friendly, professional service I received at the clinic.

I genuinely feel that nothing is too much trouble for the team, and Anna, the care coordinator, is first class too. I have experienced poor dentistry in the UK, and I was personally recommended Haldent by a Polish lady in the UK. I am so glad I took her advice, and I can’t thank the team at Haldent enough for the care and top-level treatment I have received. 😁

From the initial contact with Roy and Medhat until after the procedure the staff were professional and supportive.

I was collected from the airport, and driven to the clinic. The procedures were carried out and a high level of aftercare offered.

In addition to the obvious dental skills Haldent score heavily in the customer service department.

I did quite a bit of research prior to booking the procedure, and one thing that my family doctor said is that the more procedures done by a doctor the better the outcome. I have nothing but praise for everything at Haldent, from transportation to the airport, the thoroughness of the preparation, the facilities, and of course the surgeon. Everything was first-rate.

Procedure was All-on-4 and from initial contact with Medhat through Meditravel everything was made clear. We communicated by Whatsapp and video calls and phone. The package included everything apart from flights so transfers, accomodation, pre procedure physio, hygeinist, CT scans and photos and ultimately the All-on-4 procedure. Every member of staff is friendly and exceptionally professional. While I was there I had 2 white fillings replaced in the lower teeth and they are imperceptable. The procedure itself went well and I am very pleased with the result. It truly was a transformation day as Medhat says. I researched Dr. Hubert before commiting to booking and he must be one of the top people doing this procedure. There was some swelling and slight bruising for a few days only afterwards and much less than I anticipated. Very pleased with the result and if you are considering travelling for dental treatment and you choose Haldent you will not be disappointed. My thanks to everyone who was involved in my care.
