A BIG thank you to Frank who organize my visit and logistics etc. The environment at this facility is clean and comfortable. Dr Cristian, the dental surgeon, has the ability to put you at ease (I have high anxiety when it comes to dental procedures). He provided thorough explanations of the procedures. I was overcome by his gentle touch during my treatments. I love the staff’s overall commitment to excellent dental care from start to finish. By the way, the surgeon speaks perfect English! Had a great experience with Hope dental Staff. Starting with Lupita which she was very friendly and kind… she was the person that set us up with this appointment; Dr. Benjamin & Juan and all of their staff took very good care of us. I am 71yrs old and had lost a bridge, one front tooth that was broken and missing also missing molar. I had a consultation with Dr Espinoza over zoom and made an appointment. The in-person meeting gave us a treatment plan that was decided to do all on 6 full mouth implants. The surgery went great, I have had no pain, just typical swelling and bruising which dissipated within 10 days. It's been 5 1/2 weeks since surgery, gums are healing great, upper sutures basically dissolved the lower gums a little longer. Dr Espinoza was a little concerned about some bone density and the ability of the bone to solidly adhere to the implants so he's going to scan after 3 months to see how they are progressing. Had bone grafts done also. This procedure is more than half of US prices, I couldn't afford it otherwise, the work needed to be done. The staff is very helpful and polite you can't go wrong with Perfect Smile. I am still a work in progress and will update you on progress.
Dr. Vasquez, his assistant and Mario were very professional and personable. They did an excellent job on the work I had come for. Mario was very good at welcoming and translating when needed. I will recommend you guys to anyone I know needing dental work. I drove from Sacramento and will do it again when I do the implants. You guys are the best and the prices make it worth the trip.
