We connected with Dr. Bassim Saadi through the WhatClinic website and found him very easy to communicate with-- he quickly responded to emails and phone calls and even made himself available during the Eid holiday to do a frenectomy for our newborn son! He has really been very kind and accommodating with our family. Both our newborn son and our 2-year old daughter had a laser (waterless) frenectomy done by Dr. Bassim Saadi. He was very kind, gentle and professional with them and my daughter felt very safe with him-- she even gave him a hug afterward! I was not sure if the frenectomy was a complete release of the tongue tie as we didn't see the expected diamond shape in the tongue afterward and still felt some restriction, but we did see immediate improvement in tongue mobility and my daughter can now make some speech sounds that she didn't make before. My son had a small improvement with breastfeeding after his frenectomy but still may need a little more release. Dr. Bassim also included a follow-up visit in the price so that if we weren't sure that the release with the frenectomy was complete, we could come back a second time. Dr. Bassim told us we didn't need to do stretches or exercises afterward, but we did choose to do these to make sure the tongue didn't re-attach. Overall, it has been a very good experience. I am going to have my own adult frenectomy done with Dr. Bassim next week, and I would recommend him to others.

I went to this clinic for a hair transplant consultation and the doctor provided me with candid information. The clinic is very well established and the doctor is a resourceful person. The consultation only lasted 15 minutes and there was no charge for it. However the clinic charged a higher price than the one the reviews noted so I felt that it was a bit expensive for me. Overall the clinic is a great establishment.
