From start to finish, I have had a very positive experience with Renmore Dental Practice, and in particular with Dr. Ronan Dunne. The level of professionalism has been top-notch. Throughout my treatment, from April to October this year, Dr. Dunne was efficient, highly informative, professional, and all with a warm and friendly manner. He explained everything in detail and clearly every step of the way. He ensured that I was scheduled for regular appointments so he could check in on my progress consistently. I am aware of other dental services that give you all of your aligners from the start and pretty much leave you to your own devices. I really appreciated the hands-on approach Dr. Dunne took. It was clear to me that he is very conscientious about his work and takes all of his patients seriously. That was a stand-out point for me. I would highly recommend him! All of the staff at reception were consistently friendly, efficient, and professional too. Thank you to Renmore Dental Practice for an all-around positive experience. I would highly recommend this clinic. I visited the Kinvara, Galway clinic & will definitely return there. I had my lower denture added to, it now fits like a glove thanks to the dentist Darragh. He was very friendly, answered all my questions & advised me what to do should I have any problem, firstly to call him should I need help. The Dentist plus his staff were sooo accommodating in every way, that plus his fee for work done was greatly appreciated.
I needed extensive work (extraction, bridge, crowns, and fillings). From my first consultation with Dr Paul I was impressed with his attention and care and the time taken to explain the process to me. He was kind and caring during treatment and asks "are you ok". Every effort was made to keep me relaxed. I received a follow-up call on the evening after my procedure to check on my progress. It was reassuring to know that Dr Paul was only a phone call away. He was most accommodating. I highly recommend Dr Paul and all the staff at Quay Dental who go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.
I am very happy with the treatment I received from the hygienist Blaithin today. I am a nervous patient and Blaithin put me at ease and talked her way through the procedure and ensuring that I had enough pain relief. She has a very calming presence and is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Thanks also to Mary, the nurse who was very kind and also put me at ease.
