I am aware of other dental services that give you all of your aligners from the start and pretty much leave you to your own devices. I really appreciated the hands-on approach Dr. Dunne took. I am very happy with the treatment I received from the hygienist Blaithin today. I am a nervous patient and Blaithin put me at ease and talked her way through the procedure and ensuring that I had enough pain relief. She has a very calming presence and is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Thanks also to Mary, the nurse who was very kind and also put me at ease.
I needed extensive work (extraction, bridge, crowns, and fillings). From my first consultation with Dr Paul I was impressed with his attention and care and the time taken to explain the process to me. He was kind and caring during treatment and asks "are you ok". Every effort was made to keep me relaxed. I received a follow-up call on the evening after my procedure to check on my progress. It was reassuring to know that Dr Paul was only a phone call away. He was most accommodating. I highly recommend Dr Paul and all the staff at Quay Dental who go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.
