I took my four-year-old to this dentist, as he was recommended to me by a friend. He was absolutely amazing. Taking a young child to the dentist is an agonizing experience. I wanted to make sure that his first dentist visit was as pleasant as possible. There was absolutely no waiting time, though the reception had plenty of nice toys and books. The clinic itself was themed for kids and full of fun things for kids to look at, along with a shelf full of toys and stickers, which my son was allowed to pick from when his 'ordeal' was over. Little things that the dentist did that made all the difference: Let him pick from a pot of fun sunglasses before he sat in the chair, explained everything slowly before he did it, tested all the straws, polishers, suckers, and noisy instruments on my son's fingers and hands first so that he wouldn't be frightened, was super calm and relaxed so my son was too, and reassured him and praised him for each new task – X-rays, cleaning, polishing. A combination of low fluoride (well water where we live) and a premature birth (poor enamel development) means that my son needs a lot of dental work. It was €150 for the consultation, but it included a very full and detailed examination, X-rays, and a detailed treatment plan. The clinic mapped out a variety of options based on what was the most suitable for him. My verdict; an amazing dentist for little ones, worth every penny.
