This was a consultation only. Clinic met high COVID standards. Receptionist friendly & helpful. Orthodontist explained clearly his findings & made his recommendations. He was professional with an excellent manner towards his patient. Building well laid out & nicely maintained. Suddenly got an excruciating toothache on a Saturday afternoon. I took painkillers and thought that somehow the pain would cease enough for to make an appointment with the local facility in my neighbourhood. I was wrong. The pain increased, so much so that I could barely sleep or eat. I went online and was lucky enough to connect with Canal View Dental Surgery and received an appointment for Sunday evening. I attended, of course !. And was kindly welcomed and received excellent treatment. The dentist managed to rid me of all pain and only because of his skill, he managed to retain my tooth. I have no problem in recommending him to anyone who is seeking excellent dental treatment and advice.

I was quite anxious about my upcoming trip to the hygienist for the dreaded scale and polish. It had been over two years since my last visit, and for good reason. My appointment was with Yvonne, and from the moment I met her, she put me at ease. I explained my situation to Yvonne in detail—the hypersensitive gums and my last experience where a former hygienist had to stop because it was unbearable for me. That last visit alone is why it took me over two years to make another appointment. I had to bite the bullet, and I’m relieved and thankful that I did. This experience was completely different from my last. Yvonne made it as comfortable as possible for me, and for the first time, I didn’t leap or ask her to pause or stop entirely. That’s a first for me (and I was, as with all previous visits, anaesthetised to the max). I’m back in the chair in two weeks for more of the same, and this time I won’t have the sleepless nights and anxiety knowing my visit is with Yvonne. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you, Yvonne.

Booked myself in again for another appointment. Same lovely lady that really took her time with the filling. It was a different receptionist today but also very pleasant. The only dentist I go to! Recommend to all. Thanks again 😁

I was so very nervous this morning, but there was no need Dr Madina was amazing and helped me relax so much, thank you. The lovely dental nurse was so gentle and caring also. Thank you so much
