I lost one of my front teeth due to plaque accumulation over the years. After several visits to various hospitals, guided by Google, I finally went to Malligai Dental Hospital. Dr. Senthilnathan conducted a major analysis and discovered that I had increased mobility in almost all of my teeth. Later, Chief Dr. Pravin explained the severity of the issues and the unhealthy condition of my teeth. Following his recommendations, I agreed to undergo the procedures to save my remaining teeth. Dr. Ananshiya removed my teeth which were already highly mobile. I was advised to undergo gum cleaning treatment due to severe mobility. After the treatment, they performed a scan to assess the strength of my bones. Based on Chief Dr. Pravin’s advice, I had implant surgery to replace my lost tooth. With his presence and guidance, his juniors placed the implants. Now, I have two implants and have regained my lost teeth. Throughout the process, I would like to extend a huge thanks to Dr. Senthilnathan and Mrs. Victoria. Pros: As I was travelling from Pondicherry, they scheduled all my appointments to accommodate my travel needs and assisted me throughout the lengthy process. Whenever I had an extraction or surgery, they called me the next day to check on my well-being without fail. They maintain detailed records of all patient histories, including financial transactions, prescriptions, and surgery details. Cons: The only downside was the photo sessions during the procedures, taken for case study purposes, which were uncomfortable as I had to keep my mouth wide open for extended periods, even after surgery or an extraction. As a patient, this made it difficult for me to stay in control.
