I am writing to let you know much much I appreciate the outstanding customer service that your staff provided for me and I would like to compliment one of your employees, in particular, Tom Emmerson. I first heard about Kreativ Dental online as I was looking to have dental implants. I travelled to Budapest and met Tom who was very polite and helpful! English is my second language, Tom was very patient with me and explained everything in detail to me. He explained the entire procedure to me and what needed to be done. He kept in touch with me throughout my stay in Budapest! Tom was extremely attentive and he listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. I was very impressed with his level of professionalism and his caring approach. Please accept my gratitude towards him and everyone at Kreativ Dental. Tom has shown great commitment to customer service and this is to be commended. I found Evergreen Dental clinic by complete chance. I'm so glad I did they have been fantastic from the start - very professional and caring, I really can't recommend them enough. I had teeth removed for implants to be fitted without any problems they booked all my flights and accommodation so everything was a hassle-free.

I felt conscious of my teeth. They were passable but over the years they had become chipped, yellowing even with a few amalgam fillings. I'd stuck to routine NHS checks and cleaning, which are quite basic. I hadn't really felt able to do anything to improve my teeth privately because of the prohibitive expense in the UK. My NHS dentist suggested looking at treatment abroad after I'd had an extraction. Currently, my treatment is ongoing at BioDent. I started about eight months ago. Apart from beginning a fitness regime in the last year; my dental treatment with BioDent and Dr. Farhad has made some of the most positive changes to my personal self. With Dr. Farhad's advice and guidance, I have had implants, bridge, inlays, tooth whitening, extractions, composite fillings plus routine cleaning. Step by step, I was told the pros and cons of every treatment, what would be suitable and value for money, giving me full confidence as we have gone forward. It can be a bit daunting to know where to start when looking for treatment abroad. After doing lots of research and reading the reviews on WhatClinic, I settled on an initial consultation with BioDent. I met Dr. Farhad. I found him to be very approachable, professional and sympathetic to all my questions, no matter how trivial or complex. I felt he genuinely cared about his patients and always put you at ease during treatments. The treatment to date has been a great value and a fraction of the cost in the UK. Dr. Farhad has always been upfront about his charges with no hidden extras which are peace of mind too. I have been very pleased with BioDent and Dr. Farhad.

During 2019 I had the most pleasant experience I believe is possible while having what by any measure would be considered major dental work accomplished. I am an American living and working in Ireland. In the past, I had tried to take care of my dental needs during my periodical visits back to the States. Not only did prove incredibly expensive but virtually impossible to schedule because of my work demands. Typically I would be charged a couple of hundred dollars for an assessment ( always multiple extractions and implants) when asked for a commitment it always involved a "Down Payment" and appointments were not available for many months later - I explained my circumstances only to be shrugged off. 'Well, that's his earliest available appointment. As a couple of years past the condition of my dental health eroded. I started researching dental services available in Europe and came across Budapest. It appeared that many Europeans would travel to Hungary for such medical services. Exploring further I came across Activ Dental Clinic. I had never set foot in Hungary in my life. I decided that an assessment trip could not hurt and I would be able to compare the clinic's personnel and equipment and at least have a better feel for if this was an option as it was much less expensive. My first appointment was outstanding. Essentially the Clinic had dedicated people to assure I arrived met with transfers and got into the hotel. Following that, I was collected and brought to the Clinic. The equipment there was the same new state of the Art equipment used in Florida. The dentist was a second-generation dentist ( and an avid sailor as well) I never experienced any pain past the initial prick of the injection. During the first few days, I had quite a bit of work done and there was the necessity for implants and extraction point to heal before the second longer appointment. Again I cannot say enough for the care professional care and attention I received from everyone connected with the clinic. In the end, I received many implants, extractions, bridges and temporary plates to gap the time. I perhaps had 5 times the dental work assessed previously in the US ( which was to be in stages that ultimately would have included everything I had done in Budapest). The obvious question is cost. Including airfare, I spent perhaps 20% of what the same treatments using in some cases higher quality implants, bridges and crowns that were to be used in the United States. I will recommend these professional caring dental experts to anybody. In this age of scams and rip-offs - It is reassuring to encounter not only a genuine deal but an entire experience that revitalizes the idea of caring professionals.

I had a filling collapse and a few missing teeth all at the back of my mouth. The front is ok. I just wanted the gaps filled in, not a Donny Osmond smile. But if that's what you want I am sure that's what you will get. The treatment can take 3 / 4 visits with the cost of flights etc so do your homework! State of the art equipment, painless procedure. Vist 1 assessment and plan+ cost, Visit 2 implants begin (probably 2 more visits). My first visit I had scale/polish + extraction for £90, in the UK this would be £130, you pay as you have the work done so no huge bill. Implants locally in the UK are from £2k so shop around, do your homework. Must say, 1st class, all the way. My experience was fine, treatment painless. Great aftercare and information, the dentist talks you through the whole thing. A very professional proper clinic with state of the art equipment, not a Victorian three-story house converted into a clinic, but a proper dentist facility.
