Throughout the whole process he was very professional, personable, very thorough and explained things including other options incredibly well. He took great care with everything he did and it was truly a different experience than getting my first zirconia bridge done in Hungary, including an amazing amount of extra work to get the bite just right. I was incredibly impressed by his work and his willingness to get us in. The fact that his prices were great only added to my already high satisfaction. And as a huge further plus, my partner was a little interested in getting the implant process started but was apprehensive about the process. We got her into the chair and through explaining the process calmed her anxieties enough to get the process started. She now has two implants in her bottom jaw and is considering doing something for the top too. Getting dentistry work done has always been very hard for her to get through so his ability to take her through it and calm her anxieties was very impressive. Despite the fact that we are in a position where we could potentially go to a different country that could save us a few dollars, he gave us all the information we need, we are going back in February to get my bottom bridge redone, my partner's bottom denture and (hopefully) she decides to look further into something for the top denture.
