After much anxiety over whether or not to go ahead with surgery, I found a doctor who made me feel confident enough to go ahead. Dr De Silva is a highly skilled and surgeon who produces incredible and totally natural looking results. He has a very gentle and reassuring manner. Following a detailed consultation and analysis of my face, Dr De Silva recommended an upper and lower eye lift together with a brow lift. It sounds like a lot of work but I was able to go out with no visible evidence of surgery in just seven days. There was no pain during or after the surgery, the twilight anaesthetic was brilliant.

I don’t remember a thing, didn’t feel any pain and 20 minutes after waking up, there was no residual after effect at all. The results were even better than I had hoped and not one of my close friends have peered at me as said, what have you done? They just say how lovely I am looking. Every morning I look in the mirror and smile as I don’t have to look at a tired old face any more. It is just brilliant and I couldn’t be happier.

Dr De Silva is a very safe pair of hands with an artists eye. Possibly a magic wand too, who knows? His team were all discreet, helpful, gentle and explained everything in as much detail as I wanted without any sense of pressure.

I came to Dr De Silva complaining from a deviated septum, crooked nose, and large nasal bone. His entire team were super friendly, engaged and educated about the entire procedure that they guided me through it over and over again.

The day of the surgery went very smoothly and the anaesthesia was great enabling a super fast recovery (I was working from home the following day and going to my kid's school plays).

The results are so flawless and natural, no one believes I got my nose done!

They even gave me concealers to cover the natural bruising so I continued with my routine immediately. A month later, no one knew I had it done (yet I was telling the entire world as I was so thrilled with the results). If you’re hesitating, just do it.

I had lower eyelid surgery with Dr. De Silva 7 weeks ago and am already delighted with results! I had fat removed from under eyes and PRP and Laser for improving skintone. I look a lot less tired and have a better contour to cheek and eye area. I had surgery previously with same doctor so I would only consider going back too him.

I was very impressed with Dr. De Silva knowledge, expertise and up to date techniques in all procedures for the face. His team of staff and anesthetist are highly qualified which instills you with the confidence you need if you go ahead with the procedure, as I did.

Obviously a Rhinoplasty is a big commitment for any patient, but I have no regrets, particularly with my choice of surgeon.

The whole experience was very relaxed and professional. I was impressed by the detailed information on the instructions before and after the surgery in the web. So I knew what to expect. I was back to work in two weeks and felt as if I never had surgery at all. The results is absolutely natural as if I was born this way. The follow up visit to Dr. De Silva has been prompt.

I had chin implant surgery in May 2013 at The Centre in Hammersmith and love the result! I found the whole experience very straightforward with no problems. Upper Lid Surgery

My experience with Upper Lid Surgery and TCA Peel treatment made by Dr. Julian De Silva in February 2013 was much better than I expected. Dr. De Silva has a unique experience and very personal approach to match his patients expectations. Having the treatment was absolutely relaxing and the difference is amazing.

I had Blepharoplasty with Dr De Silva in January 2013. The procedure was completed within 1.5 hours during which I experienced no discomfort. The recovery period was much shorter than I expected and completely painless. Three months have passed and I am very happy with the results. I made it very clear to Dr De Silva at our consultation that I wanted no drama but only fine-tuning, but not so fine that I looked pretty much the same as before. And that's exactly what he has given me - very natural results but visible improvements at the same time. He got that balance right. Dr De Silva and his team are very professional, informative, but also fun to talk with. In January 2013 I received upper eye lid surgery from Dr Julian De Silva. This was a very simple treatment, with a mild sedation, local anaesthesia and minimum discomfort, completed in about one and a half hour including preparation. I found the recovery period much faster than advised and completely painless: I went out without a sunglasses on the 5th day after the surgery with a very little of make-up and felt comfortable to join an important meeting without any make-up on the 14th day.

Before the surgery I had a concern about the shape will be slightly different and visible for my friends and colleagues.

But the results exceeded my expectations and are absolutely excellent: after about a month since the surgery I found my eyes keep the same shape and cut, but look 20 years younger.

I proceeded with my own research before the surgery and I visited two other top surgeons I selected from my short list before I met Dr De Silva. So I am very happy about the choice I made finally.
