Great clinic. I didn’t end up following through with the procedure as I didn't need it, but they were so communicative and friendly throughout the whole process, and immediately refunded me for my initial booking. Would definitely go through them again.
So far the service has been outstanding. Please note that i have not underwent the surgery yet, due to COVID19 restrictions. Dr Sutton then took the time to have a lengthy discussion on the pros and cons of different WLS options, answering any and all of my queries. The rest of the team have all made contact, and what i have most liked so far is the transparency and simplified documents supplied, to help me understand each element of the procedure, pre and post-op. It is a very nice feeling to know that there is a group of people who are available and welcome any questions you may have, especially when it is such a major life change. I actually had my heart set on a different clinic, but decided to shop around, and Tonic's professionalism (plus value) swayed me.
