Dr Boztosun did a great job for my first-ever plastic surgery, that was breast reduction. She is extremely skilled and knowledgeable, has a polite manner and is helpful with any concerns or questions I raised pre-surgery. Hospital staff, and nurses that is her team ensured that I had a smooth prep, surgery and follow-up. She was informative and understanding and ensured that I was confident and comfortable before the procedure as it was my first-ever surgery. I feel that I have definitely got my desired result with my expectations met as I was listened to in the beginning. I travelled over to Istanbul on my own for breast augmentation. I was well-taking care of never on my own a driver collected me from the airport and brought me to the hotel. Hilal text me to let me know what time I'd be collected at next morning and meet me there. A hug and very sweet nature made me feel at ease. Nurses all so nice did my pre-op checks. Then I meet my surgeon Dr murat was very friendly and professional and listening to what I wanted we decided what was best all the time Hilal was with me making sure I understood everything. 30 mins later, I was on theatre. The whole hospital was spotless. I can never fault anything I was taking care off from hospital to the hotel to airport never felt on my own.
