I recently underwent upper and lower blepharoplasty with Dr. Murat Tüzüner, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience and the results. A huge part of what made this journey so smooth and positive was the incredible support I received from Mari at CatchLife. From our first interaction, Mari was absolutely amazing. She coordinated everything perfectly—from pick ups and appointments to pre- and post-op care—ensuring I always knew what to expect. She answered every question I had (and I had a lot!), no matter how small, and always with kindness, patience, and professionalism. Her warmth, attentiveness, and reassurance made a world of difference. I genuinely felt like I was in safe hands even before meeting the medical team. On the day of surgery, Dr. Tüzüner’s lovely assistant, Betül, was equally wonderful—so professional and calming. The entire team was thoughtful, supportive, and deeply caring throughout. As for the results, I am absolutely thrilled. My eyes look refreshed, natural, and youthful, and the recovery was far easier than I anticipated. The follow-up care was excellent, and I always felt looked after. Dr. Tüzüner is not only a highly skilled surgeon but a true artist. Honestly, I was nervous before my nose job, but Dr. Ekrem made me feel so comfortable. The whole process was smooth and my new nose looks amazing. Couldn’t be happier!

had surgery in 2022 my surgeon Dr. Bahadir Celik was so lovely and had a mommy makeover the whole experience was brilliantly well looked after. I'm now here again to see him again I trust him completely the staff are lovely. My whole experience is 10 out of 10 even down to Mel who talks and sorts everything out for u on WhatsApp lovely people.

I needed my ears cleared of wax Doctor Serdar gave me an appointment within two days . he carried out micro suction and my ears are now clear. Overall the experience was very good however finding his clinic was a little bit difficult. The first taxi driver took us to the wrong clinic.
