They took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure beforehand and continued to keep me informed throughout. This thoughtful approach made me feel completely comfortable and truly valued as a patient – not just another number. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my results just a few hours after the procedure. To add to the excellent service, the gynecologist even phoned me personally to explain the results in simple, easy-to-understand terms. It's rare to find such attentive care. Great supportive service. Great communication which is very important to me. No talking to a recording but a real person. Very knowledgeable and very friendly staff team members. Great reception at airport and friendly staff.. Was kept updated with my treatment schedule and airport and hotel pick-up times. Treatment didnt include medication but the clinic and surgeon were amazing. I had upper and lower eye lift.
