I had a myomectomy with Dr Aysel on the 13th of January 2026. She was so kind to me before we even met, answering all my questions accordingly. Her team was kind and helpful, and the post op team was so attentive and took good care of me. I had one of my best hospital experiences with Dr Aysel. She made sure everything went well and kept checking on me even after I went back to the UK. And yes, it was good value. I feel like a brand new person.
Roux en y bypass In January 2025 I travelled to Turkey for a gastric sleeve, the morning of the operation I had extensive testing done and it found I had a condition called Barrett’s esophagus. Dr Tahir would not sleeve me as dangerous so he gave me all my options I travelled home to think about my options and travelled back in July 25 and had a full bypass. The service received was absolutely second to none. I am still in touch with staff and know I can reach out at anytime to Dr Tahir and my question would be answered the same day. I believe other surgeons would have possibly done the sleeve but Dr Tahir gave me my money back and told me to go home and think about what I needed to do. I honestly think he has saved my life as my Barrett’s is caused by silent reflux and I would have never known I had it until possibly to late.
I have used this clinic twice now & can highly recommend it. The surgeon is highly regarded in cosmetic procedures with a wealth of experience. Customer service with English speaking Executive Assistant & service, aftercare is extremely good. I would personally highly recommend Surgeon Hakan in Antalya only 15mins from the airport!
