I recently had a face and neck lift with clinics united, my surgeon Dr Yilmaz was excellent and very friendly and put me at ease and answered all my questions. Damla was so lovely and really helped me from beginning to end, along with Alexandra. The hotel was clean and comfortable but a little noisy at night. But overall a smooth experience and would recommend Clinics United

I travelled to the clinic on 2nd November 2023 where I was met by Damla on the evening d was taken for a couple of tests and was settled to my room for the evening, I was provided a small meal which was nice .

In the morning Claudia collected me and took me for appointments with cardiology, liver and stomach scan , heart scan , anaesthetic assessment and lung function test,I was collected at 1 pm for surgery where I also had a hernia repaired alongside my gastric sleeve, the operation went without and problem and I was taken back to my room ,my surgeon was friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English which was very helpful .

Damla and Claudia were so very helpful and caring and Damla even took me for Turkish tea which was very kind, I couldn't fault the service from the girls or hospital and would recommend to anybody looking for this surgery.

From start to finish, everything was just brilliant. Being picked up at the airport, private transfer. Making sure that everything was good to have the surgery, lots of tests. The nurses were fantastic and although there was a language barrier this didn’t hamper it. The hospital and room was spotlessly clean. Damla looked after us and took us to our tests, my son was very anxious but she explained everything to him. I was accompanying my son and she also checked I was fine and knew what was happening. Damla gave me her number so that I could contact her if I should have any issues. Great support

Went through clinics united in Turkey. Accomodation was taken care of and transfers, they were quite well organised. Our rep, Damla was lovely and helped us through everything, even when we had some hiccups after surgery.

One bit of feedback I would give as someone with Lipedema is that it should be advised to others that they may need to spend longer times at the hospital/jotel before they can fly home, just so they can allocate enough time and funds for their surgery.

Other than that the doctors and nurses were very caring and professional and every decision they make revolves around your well-being.

Hello. I put an intragastric balloon for a year, everything went amazingly, the trasfer was taken from the hotel and taken back after the procedure, pain pills were given by the doctor, everything went painlessly and comfortably, the medical staff is caring and attentive.

All the time after installing the balloon, I communicated with Alexandra, she solved all the issues quickly and qualitatively, for which I thank her very much,also in the hospital with me was a curator of Cem, a very positive man, when it came time to take out the balloon, the curator was a very nice girl Damla, who after the procedure took us to migros in her own car and also supported and she solved all the issues when I was in the clinic.

I recommend this clinic, I felt safe and comfortable there. The doctor also visited me after the procedure, explained everything and was very attentive and friendly. Thanks to all the guys from this clinic.

Damla and Claudia helped us with everything and we're always at the end of the phone when needed. Would definitely recommend it.

Ich habe die Betreuung in der Klinik aber auch davor und danach als sehr unangenehm empfunden.
Fatma und Damla sind zwei wunderbare Menschen.
Man fühlt sich nicht wie am Laufband sondern individuell behandelt.
Der Arzt und die Krankenschwester waren alle wundervoll und haben sich jederzeit sehr liebevoll um mich gekümmert.

All initial “concerns” were totally harmless! Great on-site support and care Despite the language barrier, even if there was no interpreter on site, you were always able to communicate somehow.

So absolutely no problem and 1000% recommendation from me! Great doctor and team.

Before I arrived in Turkey I spoke with Alexandra, she was great, very friendly and informative. She was able to answer all my questions.

Our translator and guide while whilst we were there Damla was truly a delight. She helped us through the whole procedure and afterwards showed us around parts of Antalya.
The doctors and the staff at the Medical Park facility were very lovely and answered all questions and helped with everything.

The care continues afterwards and I am still in contact with the clinic who answers every query and checks up on me regularly.

I highly recommend this clinic, they were truly fantastic at every turn.

I had an exceptionally super service from Clinics United. They all from drivers, interpreters, doctors nurses and the entire Clinics aunties Antalya personals were exceptionally professional kind and caring and hard working. They all tried very hard to make my treatment journey much easier and comfortable and all procedures to happen smoothly.

I flew over to turkey on my own for a mummy makeover. (Breast augmentation, full tummy tuck, 360 lipo which included under arms, inner thighs and double chin)
Claudia helped to inform and reassure me of the surgery before my trip out. She was so helpful and kind which made the whole process feel effortless.

I was met at the airport and was taken to my hotel in an amazing vip mini van!
Damla came to the hotel first thing in the morning to take me to the hospital. She was amazing! She helped to translate everything so I always knew what was happening throughout all of the pre surgery testing.

I then met Dr fikret.Eren and his lovely wife. What a very sweet and kind man he is!

He went through all of the procedures in detail, he certainly didn’t make me feel rushed at all. I wanted to add more surgery but he refused for the sake of my health which made me feel he genuinely cared and I instantly felt in safe hands.
I felt very nervous on my way down to surgery but I felt incredibly supported by the surgeon, nurses and Damla.

The post op pain was very hard but the care I received from the nurses at the hospital was the best I’ve ever experienced. I didn’t even have time to press my buzzer for pain relief, the nurse was already at my beside ready to help me!
Claudia came into see me, which was lovely to meet her face to face. She was very informative about the post op care. She made me feel less on my own and was very bubbly and friendly.

After two days at the hospital, the surgeon came in to see me. He answered all my questions whilst he checked everything was ok and then discharged me back to the hotel.
Hotel was really nice and clean. I could order room service so I could manage fine on my own. The hotel staff were also very helpful.

I’m now just over 2 1/2 weeks post-op.
Claudia keeps in contact with me, to check everything is going well and answer any questions/worries I have.
Even though it’s still early days, I’m so happy with my surgery results!
The whole experience was amazing!
I’m booking a return for a second surgery for early next year.

From the minute I texted my coordinator Alex right to the day I arrived the service we had was outstanding.

Alex was so professional and made sure all our questions were answered even the nervous questions and she made us feel so at ease. Damla our interpreter was outstanding with all the questions we had and did the very best at that. Our surgeon was amazing at what he did without a gastric sleeve and gave 100% care before and after.

I can’t thank you guys at Clinic United for helping me back to being a confident girl again.
