I am very happy that I chose this clinic. The staff is incredible, and you feel taken care of. Everything felt professional, very thorough sampling and testing. The staff speak excellent English, and if any of them weren't quite sure, they used an app for translation. if I have to find something that could be better, I would have liked the hospital to have more adaptation for patients in particular, e.g. handles on the wall in the bathroom, disabled toilet and shower. I would have also liked a walking chair to use for the first few days. it is important to get up and moving and I could have done that faster with a walking chair. Incredibly good that my friend got to stay in my room and also get several meals a day, included in the price. I would also have liked a little faster refilling of painkillers in the first few days, then I would have gotten on my feet faster. I travelled from Sweden and the clinic had transfer from and to the airport, included in the price. I really recommend this clinic!
Well, what can I say, from start to finish, the treatment I received was first class. Excellent and prompt communication, the care I received whilst at the hospital was fantastic, and the aftercare is amazing. I would 100% recommend the bridge.

The rep, Asli, was always helpful and answered every question I had before I even arrived. From the moment I got there—being picked up, taken to the hospital, and seen by the staff—everyone was so lovely and friendly. I met with the surgeon, who was also wonderful, reassuring me with the words, *"We will take great care of you."* And they truly did. My experience was great from start to finish. finishThe aftercare following my surgery was amazing, with constant check-ins to ensure I was okay and encouraging me to get up and walk. Both Asli and the surgeon visited me multiple times as well. I would 100% recommend AYT Clinic!
After thinking about surgery for the last 3 years & even booking up and then cancelling with 2 other clinics because I was so scared I finally felt ready to go ahead. I contacted Dr Suleyman Akilli & spoke to him directly on Monday 30th December 24 he answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease, my surgery was arranged for 12 days time. On 11th January 25 I arrived at the hospital very scared & nervous I was greeted by Arina the co-ordinator who is such a lovely lady, she answered all my queries & talked me thru step by step what was happening. I was taken for several tests which they do so fast & then once complete admitted to the ward & taken to my own private room. Once I got the all-clear from tests for surgery to go ahead I was gowned up & a Canula was placed in my arm ready for surgery, I was told I would be going down at 11 am. Dr Suleyman came into my room and asked if I was ready then the team took me down in the lift to the theatre. All the time staff reassured me telling me everything was going to be fine. I woke up from surgery with Dr Suleyman by my side holding my hand which was so comforting & measuring, I felt groggy but had minimal pain. I was then taken back to my room to rest & was told the surgery had been a success. Every day Dr Suleyman came to see me twice a day & the hospital staff took really good care of me. Everyone was so friendly even the cleaners who made me laugh every day. Arina also came to see me several times after surgery and brought me my protein shakes. Nothing was a problem for her. I Dr Suleyman is one of the loveliest people I have ever met, he really does change people’s lives He has a Facebook group where he offers helpful hints and tips and anyone can ask for dietary advice on there. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Suleyman Akilli to anyone looking for a bariatric procedure. If you are thinking of doing do it ☺️
I had gastric sleeve surgery in July 2025. My experience was second to none; the care and medical team were amazing. On the day of surgery, I had a full medical check, including lungs, heart and endoscopy, full bloods, etc. I was seen by specialists in their respective fields, and this was all completed in 2 hours. I felt so confident going for surgery, knowing I was fit and healthy. Aftercare is amazing, and I can still get in touch with any questions or concerns now. I would highly recommend the team and would use them again!!!!!
