I was extremely satisfied from start to finish. The staff put me at ease when I arrived at the beautiful and lavish Asia Cosmetic Hospital. The surgery was performed professionally and with care by the head surgeon and nurses. The results were better than what I expected and imagined. The before, during and aftercare by "Snooker", our assigned Chief of Staff was so caring, knowledgeable and patient, guiding us through the whole process, organizing everything, explaining everything and doing the general "running around" to make sure we were happy and comfortable. I had an exceptional experience here. After extensive research and reading numerous positive reviews, I decided to contact the clinic via WhatsApp. Although communication was occasionally slow, being clear with your queries helps. The clinic is centrally located, easy to find, and boasts a stunning interior. Everything is top-of-the-line. I was greeted warmly, and everyone involved from the customer service team, reception, nurses and surgeon were all incredibly kind, which helped ease my nerves. From start to finish, I felt safe and heard. This team is amazing. Highly recommended.
Mesotherapy hair treatment - tried it since there was a promotion. A Filipina nurse Lee was very helpful in explaining the treatment. So far I see some hair turning into my natural colour. Hoping if I continue, the colour returns to black and I don’t need to dye my hair to prevent hair loss. I am not sure though of hair regrowth. I also booked another treatment in hope that my hair will regrow. Have not started treatment yet. I chose this clinic since I got good info from nurse Lee. The clinic is quiet, not too many people, good service.
I recently accompanied my niece to BPS clinic for gender reassignment surgery. We were both very anxious but were very reassured when we met the doctor and clinic staff. The surgery was a success, and the aftercare was incredible. Every staff member we encountered was not only very professional but kind, caring and supportive. We had all the benefits everyone else has mentioned, car transfers to and from our hotel for every follow up appointment, daily contact from Ms Tak, and a transfer back to the airport with a generous supply of meds and dressings etc. We are so grateful for this life-changing surgery and for the way we were looked after at BPS Clinic.
I had a facelift with Dr Siripong about 3 years ago Wonderful, experience in every way. Recently I was in Bangkok. I had a fall and broke my nose. I went immediately to the hospital. Ge was there of course. He and Amy treated me with kindness and great compassion. Five days later I had surgery. My injuries were quite pronounced.
