I came to the clinic for a rhinoplasty consultation and had a really good experience! The doctor was easy to talk to, friendly, and still very professional at the same time. I liked that the clinic focuses more on creating a shape that fits your face naturally instead of following trends. That was exactly what I was looking for since I wanted a soft, natural result that doesn’t look too obvious or overdone. I also saw that they have many treatments at good prices, too. Definitely a place I’d come back to again.

I recently had a procedure through this clinic. I am very impressed with the professionalism of the entire team, both before and after surgery. In particular, the post-surgery care far exceeded my expectations. I can contact the team directly through the line chat app and receive extremely prompt responses both from the doctors as well as the clinic staff. Very easy and smooth process. I went in for a mole removal. The translator (Solya) was very helpful and kind, so I felt at ease throughout the process. Dr Dan explained the process of mole removal clearly and the actual procedure wasn't painful at all. The clinic overall was very clean and the staff were very helpful and professional.

Absolutely outstanding care from start to finish. You're picked up from the airport in a beautiful, air-conditioned, luxurious car and taken to your hotel. Then picked up in the morning and taken to the clinic. All check-ups follow that same pattern, and communication is excellent, so you always know what is happening. When you arrive at the clinic, there's somebody waiting at the door to welcome you with a smile, somebody waiting for you at reception, somebody waiting for you at the lift, etc. It's so organised, so streamlined and efficient. And the best thing is, every single person is friendly and approachable. Truthfully, it was a bit stressful arriving in a foreign country, not speaking the language, and wanting surgery. But this team makes it so easy. When I met Dr Pichet, I just felt like I could trust him. He persuaded me to switch surgeries, and I was hesitant at first, but I think it's so important that you feel able to trust your doctor, and he has such a measured and caring air about him. You get the feeling that he takes such pride in giving you the best outcome. The entire team is so lovely. But special mention must go to Miss Tak - she's such a sweetheart. You get her WhatsApp number, so there's always somebody to contact if you have any questions. The actual surgery went really well - so many staff in the theatre, which felt so reassuring. Aftercare is excellent, and all clinical supplies and compression garments are provided, along with as many waterproof dressings as you could need. Faultless in every way, couldn't have asked for more.

I had a face light with Dr Siripong about three years ago. I took one year to research plastic surgeons and after much investigation, I chose Dr Siripong. My results were amazing. I am 78 now and believe I look 20 or 30 years younger. He is an amazing surgeon. Speaks good English. A kind and gentle man. You can stay at accommodation next door to the hospital which is great. Thank you Doctor Siripong, you are a true artist. Thank you also to Amy who looked after my every need while I recovered.
