Nose (alar) trimming

The nose, being at the center ofthe face, can become the focal point of interest when facing people.  As the nose can come in different shapes andsizes and looks, it is but natural to be one of the top procedures, if not thetop aesthetic/cosmetic procedure that is asked for from plastic surgeons.
