CO2 LASER resurfacing at the Ottawa Clinic: My first impression of Dr. Cholé Ward was that her self-care and appearance was impeccable and her demeanour of locking eyes with me, and calling me by name inspired confidence that she would give me equal care and attention. Her credentials were self-explanatory. Maddi, her medical assistant was exceptional at initially welcoming me and subsequently helping me out of the clinic after my procedure. Nurse Lyne prepared me for and guided me through the procedure while Nurse Audrey was always there for me post-procedure with tips on skin care and advice. The loveliness of this clinic, the personnel, and the perpetual availability of both medical and nursing attention never left me frustrated that I had to deal with anything alone. It certainly was a commitment of resources, time and some discomfort, but the outcome justifies all that. I wholeheartedly endorse this clinic, the procedure and follow-up. My surgery was seamless and his follow-up care is impeccable. His office assistant is very helpful and super lovely. A breast reduction will reshape the breasts so they are more proportionate with your bodys overall shape and size. In addition to relieving the pain and discomfort, a breast reduction procedure will create balance and enhance your bodys natural curves.

Breast lift surgery, medically known as mastopexy, is used to correct what most people call sagging breasts. A womans breasts may sag and lose their shape from age, pregnancy, and weight loss. The technical name for breast sagging is ptosis. Breast lift is a wonderful cosmetic surgery option to restore youthful shape and firmness to the breasts.
Nipple Reduction  
Nonsurgical treatments for nipple enlargement are ineffective. Nipple reduction surgery is a simple procedure that can be done under local anesthesia in the office. Once injected, the procedure is painless and performed in less than one hour. Small incisions are made right on the nipple and the excess nipple tissue removed. Nipple reduction can also combined with other breast procedures such as breast augmentation, breast reduction, or breast lifts. Several techniques exist. Dr Chen Lee uses the shape and length of the nipple, degree nipple prominence, and the patients desire to breast feed in the future to recommend the specific technique. Methods that transect the lactiferous ducts are highly effective and aesthetically pleasing. However, future breast feeding may not be possible. For patients wishing to breast feed in the future, duct preservation can be maintained with circumferential removal of a strip of skin around the neck of the nipple. Nipple reduction is more modest however duct continuity increases the likelihood that breast feeding will be preserved. Nipple sensation is not altered with either technique.

I am a pharmacist and I know customer service and this surgeon was a gentleman. I was stunned. I have met terrible physicians who are rude and condescending, so it was a delight to have had such a wonderful consultation. This is a real review of my experience. 10/10. Do not hesitate.
