I finally took the plunge and decided I wanted to be a healthy woman in my 70’s. I called BodyWell as I had heard good things. I have been attending now for nine months every week and it sounds like a clique but I’m a new woman! I seem to have grown taller! Posture improved I’m sure. My body is flexible and the bonus is 20 pounds dropped off without any effort in terms of hunger. The team are so kind and compassionate, every one of them. My state of mind is radically improved, I don’t puff going upstairs. Mornings are my favourite time again. My blood levels are great. Dr Christian gives me the motivation I need. He is honest while being empathetic, a rare quality. I recommend everyone give themselves this gift. I’m raising my two granddaughters after the tragic loss of my daughter and now I have the frame of mind and the strength I was afraid I wouldn’t have. So there’s my story ❤️

I looked for help because my spine was literary on fire. Needless to say, my body was screaming for help! One evening I decided to walk into the practice. Idea was to have a quick visit and a fix and get on with my life. Well, little did I know, how deeply rooted my pain was and that the pain itself didn't happen overnight, but over many years. After my first consultation I agreed to follow, 'the road to recovery', which was a journey that saw me attending the sessions twice a week for a month and once a week after that. Quite quickly I have noticed that my inner space and quietness was growing, my nervous system seemed to be more at peace and I also noted, that even though, my knee was never directly manipulated and adjusted by the practitioner, the pain simply disappeared. My sleep improved, my digestive system became more awake and active and my neck pain started to melt away. My morning numbness in my hands and fingers has also improved. I have been treated not just as another patient with a problem but heard and supported all the way. I will continue with my visits as my body and my mind feel so much lighter. Dr. Ari and Tugba are simply an amazing team!

Thank you, Dr Sam. I've been a fan of chiropractice since my original back injury decades ago. Once one has a 'bad back', one has it for life. Therefore, it's a problem that needs repeated episodes of treatment over time. Amongst the features that make me so grateful to chiropractice is that (a) it brings a degree of relief almost instantly; sometimes the problem is corrected almost instantly, within a single session; and (b) it is such a focalized treatment that relieves pain in areas that no other modality can reach.
