I started visiting Health on Hand recently as I was getting bad shoulder, neck and arm pain. Tom is lovely and very helpful in how he helps my pain. After having 4 sessions I can now move my arms high above my head and my neck doesn’t hurt when I turn my head. I expect to go more occasionally now to help keep things in good working order. This feels absolutely marvellous after all the problems I have been experiencing. Thank you, Tom and all of the kind staff that work for you. You are all a lovely team.

Having had severe shoulder pain. Doctor prescribed medication and rest..but the pain didn’t get any better. After 7 days decided to try a Chiropractor. Booked in with Emma. First consultation they take a medical history, and first treatment. Second treatment a week later, and I noticed some improvement. She did adjustments to my spine, hips and massage to my shoulder and laser therapy. Will continue, as I feel safe in her hands.

Excellent treatment. Very professional and was given an appointment the same day. After two treatments I was back on the golf course, hopefully, the lower back problem is fixed.

I looked for help because my spine was literary on fire. Needless to say, my body was screaming for help! One evening I decided to walk into the practice. Idea was to have a quick visit and a fix and get on with my life. Well, little did I know, how deeply rooted my pain was and that the pain itself didn't happen overnight, but over many years. After my first consultation I agreed to follow, 'the road to recovery', which was a journey that saw me attending the sessions twice a week for a month and once a week after that. Quite quickly I have noticed that my inner space and quietness was growing, my nervous system seemed to be more at peace and I also noted, that even though, my knee was never directly manipulated and adjusted by the practitioner, the pain simply disappeared. My sleep improved, my digestive system became more awake and active and my neck pain started to melt away. My morning numbness in my hands and fingers has also improved. I have been treated not just as another patient with a problem but heard and supported all the way. I will continue with my visits as my body and my mind feel so much lighter. Dr. Ari and Tugba are simply an amazing team!

Thank you, Dr Sam. I've been a fan of chiropractice since my original back injury decades ago. Once one has a 'bad back', one has it for life. Therefore, it's a problem that needs repeated episodes of treatment over time. Amongst the features that make me so grateful to chiropractice is that (a) it brings a degree of relief almost instantly; sometimes the problem is corrected almost instantly, within a single session; and (b) it is such a focalized treatment that relieves pain in areas that no other modality can reach.

I had such a thorough MOT as a new patient with a complex presentation, including Fibromyalgia, CFS, and undiagnosed facial swelling. I have had severe hip pain, with restricted movement in my neck since lockdown. I had extensive consultation and to follow a treatment which included acupuncture. The whole process was excellent. I felt extremely relaxed and safe with how my treatment and feedback was undertaken. I have already booked three more sessions and even now 24 hours, after my first visit, I’m feeling so much better and a lot more flexible in the areas mentioned above. Highly recommend this clinic and the practitioner. Very good value for money and the visit was undertaken in a private room and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I didn’t know of this clinic before I enquired but ‘what clinic.com’ gave it a good recommendation. Within 30 minutes of logging onto ‘what clinic’ with my enquiry the practitioner rang me and I had booked an appointment for the following day. I am very impressed with ‘what clinic.com’ and also my treatment at this clinic. I have a series of recommended exercises to undertake until my next appointment next week.
