I travel from Wales to Cheltenham to visit Novello Skin and have been doing so for the past year and this is the best Aesthetics clinic that I have been to. Yuliya is fantastic, she really knows what she is talking about. When I explain to Yuliya what I would like, she advises brilliantly and the results from her work are fantastic. I have had a Thread Lift, with great results, and the care and thought during treatment were second to none. I had decided to have anti-wrinkle injections and tear-through fillers also at Novello and since my treatments, my confidence has grown massively. I approached the Laser Clinic with a view to having a large skin tag removed which I felt quite self- conscious about. I was given an appointment time to undergo a preliminary examination to make sure everything was OK and asked to give a statement of medical health to see that everything was satisfactory. A price was given which I was very happy with, and I decided that I would proceed with the treatment. Everything was carried out in a very professional manner. I am very satisfied with the treatment that I have received to date and would recommend this service.

I am 64 and just felt I looked ‘old’ I had Dermer rolling and then dermal fillers. I am thrilled with the results after one day and I know it will be even better after a week. It was convenient for me to go to this clinic as it was only about ten miles away. They also had reasonable rates for skin tag removals. The treatment was absolutely great value, and they gave me a much better price than the other places I’d consulted. The removal left no scar behind - I healed perfectly. The clinic was lovely. I received a warm welcome from the person at reception and had no problems with the service at all. Before I went through with anything, they let me know I’d probably only need one visit, but that I could come back if I wasn’t satisfied. Everything was smooth and professionally-run.
