She was dealt with by an "absolute gentleman" her words, who reassured her throughout and was so helpful in answering any questions and offering advice. Her face and neck are 99% healed now with a small amount of reddening on the 1 hence my delayed review. I would not hesitate in recommending this place, so helpful, polite and obliging. 5 stars off us *****.
