First time using Sol cosmedics, excellent customer service. I felt comfortable and at ease. The beautician was so gentle I felt no pain they numb the eyebrows. She explained the process. After she did the microblading she gave me a balm to apply to my brows, with instructions. Thanks for your excellent service. I would recommend and I will be going back for a touch up.

Her studio is beautiful, quaint and relaxing, and her artistry is truly exceptional. But what truly sets her apart, is her kindness and compassion. She listened attentively to my concerns and desires, and she clearly cared about making sure I was happy with the results, essentially, she simply cared about me. Her empathy and understanding was evident throughout the entire process and always has, and I felt and still feel, completely at ease in her capable hands. Beyond her incredible skills, Renee is simply an amazing person and this is no joke. She's beautiful, literally inside and out, I mean her stunning face and curly-wurly hair for a starters. She's intelligent, insightful, and has a wonderful sense of humor - we've had some right laughs!
