Was very sceptical about getting my lips done. Had a consultation beforehand with Lisa and she made me feel very relaxed about the procedure. Very professional and made me feel much better about this. On the day, Lisa always informed me when I would feel the needle which made me less nervous. Very happy with the outcome and Lisa was very professional. Would defo recommend anyone to use Lisa as her knowledge of products etc are outstanding. I will most definitely use her in future.

I booked in for breast reduction and scar revision on hips after a tummy tuck by someone else that was a mess. I was recommended Vivek by a friend who got an enhancement so I was quite comfortable from the off. Vivek made me feel very at ease during the consultation, explained options and also showed me lots of pictures to help discuss my expectations. I left feeling happy id made the right decision. Financial cost- it’s not cheap- but I’d rather pay more and have such a procedure done locally by recommendation than go abroad for a cheap job! Personally, I couldn’t fault the service provided by staff and nurses for pre and post-op. Especially post-op, the nurse's care was fantastic and was during Covid restrictions! Viveck was great, I have just had my post-op consultation with him, and considering I have a lot of tattoos on my body too, he did an amazing job avoiding during the reduction. I can genuinely say the surgery, and the service was worth every penny I paid for. If I could afford it I’d be back for lippy! Haha, one-day :)) Vivek has changed my life for the better. So happy!!

I am so thankful to the person who recommended About Face to me. I had a prominent blemish in my face which one of the clinicians, Anne, treated with electrolysis. Anne was so helpful, friendly and professional, putting my mind at ease and talking me through the treatment. After a short 15-minute treatment, my blemish has gone! Hi. I had micro needling & UV treatment. The treatment was explained before & during the procedure. This was my first ever private clinic, so I don't have a basis for comparison but the experience was exactly as I expected and I felt comfortable.
