In much trepidation, I entered Dr. McKeown's practice in West George Street, Glasgow. I ended up not wanting to leave. Started off with a friendly welcome and was shown into the most beautiful relaxing waiting room I have ever seen--I asked if I could just move in, or at least bring me a pina colada- really disappointed when Darren called me in for a consultation. I was afraid of being pushed into more and more expensive treatments as some consultants do--but nothing could be further from the truth. He was simply amazing, explained everything to me and by the end -I would have been happy to say--just do what you want. -I cannot recommend this practice highly enough-it was fabulous and I have to say- all trepidation melted like snow.--I shall return (as McCarthar said)

I had a cyst removed from my head, I chose clinical medica because I couldn't get this surgery on the NHS. From the receptionists to my first meeting with Dr Awfa Paulina I was made to feel welcome and relaxed, like a part of the family. Dr Awfa genuinely cares about his patients well being and made sure I knew exactly what the surgery would entail and how the procedure would be executed.

Hi. I had micro needling & UV treatment. The treatment was explained before & during the procedure. This was my first ever private clinic, so I don't have a basis for comparison but the experience was exactly as I expected and I felt comfortable.
