I cannot say enough about Dr. Sam. After years of discomfort and embarrassment due to phimosis, I finally decided to get it resolved via circumcision. Like most men, the idea of having that type of surgery was worrying, to say the least, but I could not have chosen a better clinic to go to. He made every step completely straightforward and was on hand for any and all questions that I had before and after the procedure. Naturally, on the day of the surgery, I was quite nervous, but I had no reason to be. The procedure was 100% pain-free, and I was sitting up having coffee before I knew it! (Great coffee by the way!). I'm 2 weeks post-op, and the recovery has been a breeze. I have already recommended Dr. Sam to a few other people who are looking to have the same procedure done, and will continue to recommend him due to the amazing results and professionalism of all the staff. I had a skin review with Sara. She was a minefield of knowledge. She genuinely wanted to help. She was able to give me a treatment plan to help give me my confidence back in my skin. I didn't once feel she was overselling which is a huge thing. She dealt directly with what she knew I needed. She was very efficient to follow up and ensure I knew I had support if I have any questions.
