Peggy Wei is the best IPR Laser Specialist that I have seen in Toronto over the last 10 years. She removed a dark spot that was on my right cheek in one session. My last specialist did it in 4 sessions and it was nowhere as good as Peggy's work. This is a miracle! I never thought the result would be this good. The bonus is she charged a very fair price. There are more bonuses with Peggy. She is very professional in her service and she communicates with clear explanations. Plus she answers your texts and gives you advise about aftercare. And she is very accommodating as she changed her schedule to meet mine. She is too good to be true. Thank you so much Peggy for your excellent service.
