Dr. Erik Hegmann, Medical Director, performs all injections himself and directly supervises laser treatments performed by his qualified medical estheticians, including Laser Hair Removal. So you know you'll have a safe, effective treatment. We also offer Fractional Laser Treatments to get rid of wrinkles and acne scarring, and Photofacials (Photorejuvenation) for Rosacea and Spider Vein treatments. We are one of the only Clinics in Ottawa to offer the HydraFacial, which is similar to a microdermabrasion. Like a microdermabrasion, the HydraFacial provides a good exfoliation of the skin. However, it also hydrates the skin and infuses it with nourishing serums, leaving your skin fresh, plump and glowing. Initially, I went to Advance Laser Clinic because they offered a free consultation. This enabled me to decide whether or not I wanted to proceed after the initial assessment. I was treated by one of the younger members of the staff for the first two treatments. The third treatment was performed by Alia. She was amazing! I mentioned that I had felt a little rushed during the last treatment. Alia took her time, made sure I was comfortable and paused when I needed a little break. She is a friendly, caring individual. I would definitely recommend this clinic for the great results. Make sure you ask for Alia, though!

CO2 LASER resurfacing at the Ottawa Clinic: My first impression of Dr. Cholé Ward was that her self-care and appearance was impeccable and her demeanour of locking eyes with me, and calling me by name inspired confidence that she would give me equal care and attention. Her credentials were self-explanatory. Maddi, her medical assistant was exceptional at initially welcoming me and subsequently helping me out of the clinic after my procedure. Nurse Lyne prepared me for and guided me through the procedure while Nurse Audrey was always there for me post-procedure with tips on skin care and advice. The loveliness of this clinic, the personnel, and the perpetual availability of both medical and nursing attention never left me frustrated that I had to deal with anything alone. It certainly was a commitment of resources, time and some discomfort, but the outcome justifies all that. I wholeheartedly endorse this clinic, the procedure and follow-up.
