I had sleep apnea and snoring surgery. I was very impressed with the hospital it’s better than any private hospital I’ve been to in the UK. All the staff were very polite, and professional and could not do enough for you. The surgeon examined me and explained what the surgery would consist of and answered any questions I had. After the surgery, I was well looked after by the team anything I needed they did. I would highly recommend, for the standard of treatment it was exceptional value for money. From first contact with Leila my coordinator all the way through to arriving back home my treatment and care was exceptional. Leila arranged absolutely everything and was in contact with me the entire time, She was always so friendly and helpful and was happy to answer any questions I had. The clinic and staff were superb, Dr Chem Arsalan and his ream were always very kind, willing and helpful and if I needed help they answered my button straight away. Hotel for 2 days was extremely comfortable. I had everything that I needed from the hospital team and the hotel staff would pop by daily with tea coffee and water. My flight home was delayed but that wasn't a problem; Leila rescheduled for me and I was able to stay at the hotel with no extra charge ... One of the best decisions, if I have ever made in my 30 years of life span, is that almost three months ago, I visited clinic bariatric and did my gastric sleeve. The experience of my surgery was quite good and comfortable. I am more than happy to tell all of you that in just two months I lost 28 kg. I had my laser eye surgery with Risus Clinic, and I am happy with the service and treatment. I think coming from the UK, I expected more testing and more information than I was given, but the treatment went well.

I would like to thank Dr. Derda Ozer for my surgery and follow-up appointment, as well as Hassan and Zainab from the MDO team. I am especially grateful to Hassan, who served as my host, translating everything for me and taking care of me throughout the process—from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the hospital. I will always be thankful to them for my procedure and for being such excellent hosts. I was well taken care of by Dr. Derda Ozer, and the hospital was well-equipped, with all the necessary facilities. My surgery went well, and on the same day, I was transferred to my hotel. The following day, I had a follow-up appointment. Hassan took me on a tour of Istanbul, visiting Aya Sofya, the Sultanahmet area, and the Blue Mosque. I am very thankful to him for being a great host; he speaks excellent English, explains everything clearly, and is a genuinely positive person, and treated me like an older brother. Regarding my surgery, everything went according to plan like we talked about before my visit. As for the results, I am partially satisfied and still recovering, waiting for the final outcome related to my squint eye. I remain in communication with the MDO team and have been advised to give it three months, as recovery times can vary. I may consider future courses of action later on. If I achieve an 80% correction of my squint, I will be very happy. After my surgery, my eye still shows a slight deviation, and the size of my operated eye is still smaller than that of the other eye. Overall, I am satisfied with the surgery and remain hopeful for the best results. I would definitely recommend MDO, as they are a genuine clinic, and the hospital they use for surgeries has all the necessary facilities and is based in Istanbul. They are a trustworthy company that takes great care of their patients, and without a doubt, they are neither fake nor fraudulent. The staff and team are very honest and generous.

I had a deep face and neck lift and upper blepharoplasty with Dr. Soner in October 2023, and it's been a game-changer for me. For over 19 years, I felt very self-conscious about my neck and side profile, after a hurtful comment from a so-called friend. Then, over time, as I gained and lost weight, and got older - it got even worse. I'd avoid having my picture taken and constantly tried to hide my neck with my hand or anything I could find. I even dreaded my husband seeing me from that angle after 36 years together! After significant research and spending time speaking with my lovely coordinator ‘Penny’ I had already chosen Dr Soner, but I so was nervous about going through with the procedure, especially since it was outside of the UK. But when I saw a photo someone had taken without me knowing, I knew I had to have the procedure. Everyone who knows me or has seen my before and after photos are amazed by the incredible difference it's made. My neck looks so much younger, and it's given a big boost to my confidence. My neck was my main worry, but now I'm happy to take photos without trying to cover up. I'm 55, and my only regret is not doing this sooner. Dr. Soner is a lovely chap. He’s professional, and informative. I was especially impressed that he talked me out of having a procedure that I didn’t need. I can't recommend him enough and have sent friends to him because I have so much faith in his ethics and commitment to do his very best for his patients. I’m not just grateful for the fantastic results, but also for how much it's improved how I feel about myself and for the support and guidance I’ve had all the way through the process from Penny.
