Dr Mesut Caynak and the team at Medstar are fantastic. I felt I could not have been looked after any better. Even though the nurses did not speak much English I was able to make myself understood. They are a great team and do great work. I had a gastric sleeve in February.

I am 28 years old and a mother to 6 awesome kids (5 boys and 1 girl). All my kids were born vaginally. Growing up I was told that once you have kids women's pelvic health goes down the drain and that there is no solution. I had accepted this idea that sex would be uncomfortable forever and I would pee my pants if I coughed, laughed, or sneezed too hard, but I was willing to endure this because I had my family. What's a little pee and embarrassment?! Fast forward to 6 months ago when I first met Dr. Mehmet Bekir Sen, in lovely Antalya, and my world shifted. Here we are today. One with numbing cream and one with nothing. EASY PEASY! I now have no discomfort/pain with intimacy, I don't pee when laughing or sneezing, I am happy and best of all my husband has a newfound desire for me due to my increased confidence and sense of self-awareness.
