Hi All, I went to Nords for a gastric sleeve in March 2025. The service was excellent. The staff were excellent. The apartments were excellent. The way they treat their patients is 1st class. One year on, I have lost 8 stone. I will be returning for a tummy tuck & Breast uplift.

Special thanks to the amazing Dr. Skrupskienė, who takes the time to clearly explain your condition and ensures a full, comprehensive rehabilitation program with various procedures. I was surprised to realise that in other clinics I had only received part of what was actually needed. Massage therapist Deividas is absolutely outstanding! Every physiotherapist I met was professional, attentive, and friendly. They tailored the exercises to my needs and made sure they were easy to continue at home using the equipment I already have – something that was very important to me. I’d also like to express my gratitude to Ignas Rinkevičius, the orthopaedics department manager, who provided detailed and clear information about the orthopaedic products I needed – including their usage, care, and ordering process. Gastric Sleeve 5900 € - 6400 €
Gastric sleeve surgery is performed under general anaesthesia and takes about two hours to complete. Just a few small incisions are made in the stomach area so that a laparoscope and other surgical instruments used to perform a gastrectomy can be inserted in the abdomen. Then approximately 75 percent of a stomach is removed and the rest of the pouch is sealed using medical staples. In order to prevent any leakage after a patient starts consuming food, the staples are then manually stitched over and a fluid test is done while the patient is still on the operating table. The new stomach acquires a shape somewhat similar to a sleeve. The stomach retains all of its previous functions, therefore, food can still be digested properly. The biggest change is a significantly decreased feeling of hunger. Moreover, the patient feels full faster and can eat smaller portions of food.
