Nordclinic is a superb organisation. From my first contact with a bright and informative website, to a personal contact with Julija, who,guided me patiently and expertly through numerous steps, the process was seamless and absolutely faultless patient engagement.

This continued when I was met early at the airport by a cheerful and highly organised logistics team, who looked after my transport throughout my stay and were also informed and absorbing guides to Lithuania.

The clinic itself is spotless and quietly hums with efficiency, with a welcoming, friendly and highly capable from office team. The price structure is highly transparent - to an exemplary extent.

The nurses continue with quiet, considerate competence - I could not have wished for kinder, more considerate care. The anesthesiology team we re marvelous, explaining everything carefully and reassuringly - I cannot thank them enough. The Surgeon, Dr Linas Venclauskas, was kind, and considerate, explained in just enough detail and visited me the morning after my surgery. His credentials speak for themselves as a surgeon, but his manner with me and my very rapid recovery from a larger-than-expected procedure are my personal testimony to his skill and dedication.

I cannot thank or recommend NordClinic enough nor report a more positive experience.

The team at Nordbariatric were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. From the very first email I sent they have been there to answer every question(no matter how weird or irrational some of my questions were). I had all my questions answered and all the information I could need and they still waited patiently while I went and researched and contacted other clinics to compare and make sure Nords was the team for me...

They proved to absolutely be the team for me and after all my research and contact with other clinics(in various places in Lithuania and further afield) they were there waiting and ready to roll when I contacted them to say I had made my decision and was choosing their team. My time in Lithuania was fantastic and the care I received from all involved was exceptional. The girls at the desk in the clinic, the nurses in clinic and on the ward, the Professor all couldn't possibly be nicer, more knowledgeable and caring. Even the logistics team of drivers who pick you up at the airport and shuttle you to and from clinic etc are lovely people and some are downright hilarious!!!

I couldn't recommend Nordbariatric highly enough. If members of my own immediate family were looking for a team and surgeon I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving them in the hands of anyone only this team.

I'd personally recommend Nord bariatric to anyone considering weight loss surgery. The treatment, care and compassion shown by every member of the team is just second to none. Nord was amazing throughout the whole process of getting my bypass from the initial contact with aurelia through to the aftercare I received. I can't recommend Nord enough they were amazing, for the price in comparison to UK prices being fantastic but also the service being tenfolds better than I've ever had in the UK also. From the moment I made contact, I knew I was in good hands. Aurelija was my main contact and answered emails quickly and efficiently and on arrival last week everything had been perfectly planned for me, from pick up to COVID test, blood, ECG etc.

The clinic is modern and immaculate, it was pictures that I saw when researching that made me choose this clinic, as well as their very friendly Facebook group and reviews. Flying overseas for such a big op isn’t what I would have initially chosen but it was half the price of the UK, with a surgeon I had enormous confidence in and a clinic cleaner than any you would find in the UK.

Meeting the surgeon and the anaesthetist the day before adds to the reassurance, as does the non-judgementally welcome from when you walk in.

I was incredibly nervous on surgery day, again, everything was well planned and the staff were lovely. I had the gastric sleeve and when I came round I felt incredibly sick but was given lots of anti-sickness drugs and plenty of reassurance. I stayed 2 nights in the most comfortable hospital bed and received 1st class care (plus a few laughs) during this time.

I’m now 5 days out and fly back home tomorrow, I cannot express how delighted I am with Nord.

I was overwhelmed by the support and kindness in the clinic. The attention to detail was excellent. The travelling to and from the clinic was really well planned and we never had any waiting times. The nurses went over and beyond in helping at all times.

Excellent facilities. Large and clean rooms. The nurses were so kind and attentive. Nothing was too much bother. Generous with medication to take home.

I have struggled with weight all my life. Nord gave me a chance to restart healthier than ever with a Gastric Bypass. One week in Lithuania it’s all it takes. The surgery is very simple (or they make it look very simple. My journey is just starting and it’s not an easy one but hopefully it will be easier with time. No regrets!

On 13/10/18 I had a gastric bypass. On waking from the anaesthetic and over the following few hours I only suffered mild discomfort in my upper torso which was manageable with paracetamol. In fact, I had to question whether they had done the operation as I felt so well.

My experience was awesome from the moment of contacting the clinic to the time I was dropped off at the airport by the clinic's driver. Everything was very well organised, executed and the care shown by all was second to none.

The clinic was stunning, spotlessly clean, small, intimate and every single member of the staff was happy, polite and caring. Nothing was too much. When the call bell was rung, they were there within seconds. Everything that could be done was done to ensure my comfort. In short, the patient Care was exemplary. I will be returning for my mummy makeover in about a year.

I went to Nord for gastric bypass surgery. The price was incredible compared to Ireland.

My experience was all positive, the clinic is very clean and all staff were very helpful and kind. I am already planning to go back next year for a tummy tuck.

My wife and I both had Sleeve WLS approximately 10 days ago. I must say that from our initial contact through consultation, surgery and aftercare we have had the most fantastic service. Our surgery has gone very well, our recovery and weight loss have been excellent.

I cannot recommend this clinic enough. The care we have received far outstrips even private care in the UK. The team are friendly as well as knowledgeable. Everything has been well explained, all our questions have been answered with professionalism and empathy. The actual care pre and post op was exceptional and the nursing team as well as the surgeon we amazing.
