LASER ENUCLEATION OF THE PROSTATE ( HoLEP) -  NEWEST "GOLD STANDARD" OF TREATMENTThe most up-to-date methodology for surgical treatment of prostate adenoma is holmium laser resection and enucleation  (HOLEP) .
